We love it when we get visitors from out of country. We got a last minute registration for our class almost thinking she registered at the wrong place. Lucky for us, she’s in on business but met lots of new Canadian friends.

Donna-Marie is here to demo how easy these delicious Lemon Poppyseed muffins are! Ideal for spring weather, and a perfect for Mother's Day!

Ingredients...
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
Zest of 2 lemons
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs, room temperature
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp poppyseeds
