We will not forget the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Regis Korchinski-Paquet and the thousands of other Black individuals whose lives have been and continue to be wrongfully taken.

Now more than ever we urge all of our brothers, families, friends and communities to become educated on the matters at hand and to be an ally for the Black community. Make conversation about the problem of racial inequality commonplace.

We do not forget our own history of racial inequality. The Fraternity system has historically contributed to and benefitted from structural inequality and privilege, and still continues to do so. This history cannot be dismissed. We will continue to learn from our past mistakes and will actively fight for change.

We stand with and will fight alongside all who are acting out against racism. Do not be afraid to speak up. Be a courageous leader.
