~~ We are seeking Treatment and Respite Caregivers (full time and occasional) ~~
💛 Our Caregivers Receive 💚
💥 Additional financial support to assist with children’s and youth clothing needs
💥 A minimum of 24 Respite days provided by Respite Caregivers, annually, plus access to emergency Respite support when needed
💥 24/7/365 access to dedicated one-to-one support.
Comprehensive, high-level training upon approval and onboarding
💥 Ongoing monthly professional development opportunities
💥 Strong clinical and case management support through experienced Case Workers and Clinical Managers
💥 Access to Volunteer Drivers for transportation assistance when required
💥Monthly Compensation:
$2,100– $8,400 Tax-Free

♡ A strong commitment to supporting Indigenous children and youth in accessing their cultural connections, ceremonies, supports, and community resources

~ Ideal Caregivers will have ~
☆ Must be able to provide a clear Board Spectrum Record Check
☆ Provide a child welfare check with good standing
☆ Experience caring for infants, children, youth, or young adults
☆ A willingness to complete initial training and ongoing monthly professional development
☆ Flexibility to respond to unforeseen needs or emergency situations, especially if employed outside the home
☆ Strong organizational and communication skills
An open heart, open mind, and respect for children and youth from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and lived experiences
