🔗Sign up with your team of 5-10 players using the link in bio!
✅ Free agents and teams welcome
👫Tournament will run 5v5 with subs
🚫Varsity team players are not permitted to participate

💵Entry fee is $80/team (with CAISA membership) or $90/team (no membership)
📥Payment info will be sent via DM to the team captain after the sign up form has been correctly filled out
📄All players MUST sign the waiver in order to play
📣Deadline to sign up: Saturday, Feb 28th, 8PM or until all spots are filled

🥇WINNING TEAM receives $300 in CASH PRIZE!
🥈2nd place receives $150 in CASH PRIZE + sponsor vouchers !
🥉3rd place receives $50 sponsor gift card!
