Taekwon-Do school London Ontario Our children’s program emphasizes building focus, self-discipline, confidence, co-ordination, self-esteem and respect.
Studies have shown that children who are involved in Taekwon-Do have an increased sense of responsibility, a decrease in the willingness to take part in foolish risks and a higher sense of self-esteem. Many physicians have prescribed Taekwon-Do for children because of the positive outlet it gives them for all of their energy. We promote good behavior and we expect the same at home and in school. O

Had an incredible time volunteering behind the lens to capture the raw energy, precision, and spirit at the Taekwondo Canadian Championship! Watching these athletes leave everything on the mat was nothing short of inspiring.
