Come join us on Friday, January 20 for evening skating at Victoria Park followed by a dinner at Toboggan nearby!
Both members and non-members are welcome so feel free to bring your friends! Skates will be available to rent at the Kiwanis Memorial Bandshell concession for $7.00.
We will leave together after practice on Friday (3:30-4:30 pm) – or plan to be there around 5:15 if you can’t make practice.

WHO DID IT? Come join WDBC in its first ever Murder Mystery Dinner Party! Attendees will be assigned a role upon arrival and will work together to solve a fictional murder. You can register for either Sunday October 23 or Monday October 24, both are from 6:00—8:00pm. Hope to see you there! 😈

Note - pizza and drinks will be provided as part of the registration fee. If you have any dietary restrictions or other concerns, please let Ellen know at [email protected].

We’ll be holding our Annual General Meeting this Tuesday, Sept 27th, from 7-8 PM in the Arthur and Sonia Labatt Health Sciences building (room 236!). We’ll be going over our club’s year plan and more specific information regarding competitive opportunities, merchandise, and more. There will also be a Q&A section if you have any questions or concerns! Those that have not registered yet but are interested in learning more about the club are also welcome to attend. FIRST PRACTICE OF THE YEAR! Heads up that we'll be holding practice in the Upper Green Gym tomorrow from 3:30-4:30 PM. We'll meet at the chairs by the stairs leading up to the second floor of the Recreation Centre to take attendance, and then head up to the gym together. Reminder that you must be a registered member to attend (registration link in our linktree). To those that have already registered, and email will be sent out later today with more guidelines on rules and what to wear/bring. See you guys there💥💥

WDBC will be resuming off-season practices starting next week! Reminder that S&C practices will be held in the Upper Green Gym, pool practices will be held in the Western Recreation Centre’s Pool, and IT Practice will be held in the Thompson Athletic and Recreation Centre. We’ll have executives waiting by the chairs/couches in the lobby of the Rec Centre a couple of minutes before practice starts, so if you’re unsure or lost, we’ll be there to help you!
