After kicking off the new year with fresh energy and new possibilities, our next Toastmasters meeting invites you to keep that momentum going!

Inspired by National Rubber Ducky Day, Tue, January 13, we are going to talk about adaptability —like rubber duckies—don’t sink when challenges arise. Instead, they float, adjust, and move forward with confidence. Let's celebrate it by building resilience and confidence together, and keep floating forward!

We will take two weeks Holiday Break, and our next meeting will be on Tuesday, Jan 06, 2026 (in-person). We wish you a joyful and restful holiday break, and enjoy time with family, friends, and loved ones. We look forward to reconnecting soon as we continue our journey of growth in communication and leadership together.

For anyone going to our Christmas social this evening at Pickel Barrel, start time has been changed to 7pm as that's what the restaurant could accommodate. See you there!

This Tuesday (Dec 09) will be our last Toastmasters meeting of 2025 (on Zoom). Let’s gather one more time this year to celebrate achievements, share stories, and enjoy an inspiring and uplifting night together. We will also be welcoming back one of our former members, who will be joining us as a guest speaker and sharing a fascinating presentation on AI. His insights are sure to capture our curiosity and spark great discussion! Let’s end the year on a bright, effulgent note — together. Looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday!

We had a wonderful Toastmasters meeting last night! Even though the room was a bit chilly due to a broken HVAC system, the atmosphere was anything but cold. Members brought warmth, laughter, and enthusiasm that easily made up for the temperature.

Our Table Topics session was a big hit, featuring fun and engaging questions about movies — from your favorite action film, to the best animated movie, to the most memorable childhood classic. Members sparked lively discussions, shared personal favorites, and delivered spontaneous, clever responses that kept everyone smiling.

Vincent delivered his Pathways project with impressive use of body language and vocal variety. He shared a unique and heartfelt insight into the pros and cons of being a twin — the built-in companionship, the friendly rivalry, and the moments only twins truly understand. It was a warm, relatable, and humorous speech that helped all of us get to know him better.

Despite the cool room, it was a meeting filled with connection, learning, and laughter — the true spirit of Toastmasters.
