🔬 Product Spotlight: NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
NAC is a highly researched nutrient that serves as a precursor to glutathione, often referred to as the body’s “master antioxidant.”
Why does that matter? Glutathione plays a critical role in protecting cells from oxidative stress, supporting detoxification pathways, immune function, and healthy aging. Unfortunately, glutathione levels can decline due to factors such as chronic stress, illness, environmental toxin exposure, and aging.
Research suggests NAC may help support liver health, respiratory function, immune resilience, recovery from oxidative stress, and overall cellular protection by helping the body replenish glutathione stores.
NAC has been used extensively in both clinical and hospital settings and remains one of the most studied compounds for antioxidant support.
Who may benefit? Individuals experiencing high levels of stress, environmental exposures, frequent illness, respiratory concerns, or those looking to support long-term health and wellness.

We see it every day. So many people are carrying the pressure of always having to achieve. The pressure to keep up with work, manage the home, answer messages, care for others, stay productive, film and edit content, plan for what comes next, and somehow hold it all together while feeling guilty for slowing down.
But somewhere along the way, we can forget that life is also meant to be experienced, not just completed.
Mauro and I make it a priority to stop and smell the flowers whenever we can, especially on our days off. Yes, work will always be there and responsibilities never fully disappear, but we intentionally protect moments that allow us to completely disconnect from the noise and reconnect with the present.
Our afternoon walks have become one of those spaces. No pressure, no to do lists, just being present and appreciating the simple moments. And the more you allow yourself these pauses, the more familiar you become with the shifts in your emotions and energy, instead of constantly pushing through them. Your body and soul both need these moments of presence.
We encourage you to enjoy the little moments woven into your days, my friends. You may find yourself not only happier, but a lot healthier too 🌿

🍪RECIPE🍪
• Preheat the oven. Set it to 350°F (180°C) and line a tray with parchment paper.
• Mix dry ingredients. In a large bowl, stir together almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
• Add wet ingredients. Stir in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
• Fold in the chocolate. Use a spatula to gently stir in the chocolate chips.
• Scoop and shape. Form dough into balls and press them down on the tray they won’t spread much.
• Bake until golden. Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are set and golden but centers are soft.
• Cool and enjoy. Let them cool fully to set up. They’ll firm up slightly as they cool.
Save this for your next healthy sweet treat 😋

Mamas, we see your hard work day in and day out. The love you give, the sacrifices you make, the way you hold everything together, even on the days you’re running on empty… it never goes unnoticed. 🩷
Maybe what mama really needs isn’t perfection or more on her plate. She needs moments that restore her nervous system and lift your spirit. She needs a long walk, an afternoon nap, a drive in silence, a dance party in the living room, or simply a moment to breathe and reconnect with herself.
To every mother, future mother, grandmother, and mother figure… we love you and appreciate you more than words can say. Today is your reminder that pouring into yourself matters too. Your joy matters. Your peace matters. Your well being matters.
Happy Mother’s Day to the women whose love makes every place feel like home. ✨

Work hard, stay disciplined, build your vision… but don’t forget to actually live in the process.
Because what’s the point of success if you’re too burned out to enjoy it?

Balance isn’t about doing less, it’s about doing smarter.
Start with awareness, then shift the inputs.
