🚨BREAKING:
Ontario dolphin reportedly shocked to learn it has worked more days in 2026 than the Premier of Ontario.
Sources close to the dolphin say it is considering a career change into provincial politics, citing improved work-life balance and significantly longer vacations.
The dolphin declined further comment, saying it was too busy showing up for work while Ontario's public colleges navigate cuts, layoffs, and a funding crisis.

Solidarity Gremlins were out and about again!
Local 415 President Tracy Henderson recently joined community and social service workers as part of the Worth Fighting For campaign, showing that solidarity doesn't stop at the boundaries of a single workplace or sector.
Across Ontario, workers in developmental services, mental health and addictions, community agencies, children's services, and health care are fighting for fair wages, safe staffing levels, and the funding needed to provide quality public services. These are the workers who support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities, often while facing chronic understaffing, burnout, and years of wage restraint.
We believe that when workers stand together, everyone is stronger. Whether it's college workers, social service workers, health-care workers, or community agency staff, our struggles are connected by a common belief: public services matter, and the people who deliver them deserve respect and support.
Local 415 is proud to stand in solidarity with workers across Ontario who are fighting for services that are truly worth fighting for.

Today, Community Living Renfrew Workers held the line and disrupted scab workers from leaving the Days Inn Renfrew where the employer has been housing them. We've been here since 6am and will continue to hold the line firm. Now is the time for the employer to come back to the table in a meaningful way! OPSEU Local 472

One of our own is fighting for her daughter's life — and she needs our support.
Rana Amache, professor in the School of Advanced Technology at Algonquin College, and her husband Joseph are racing against time to get their 4-year-old daughter Lucia access to a gene therapy that could stop — and even reverse — the effects of Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that has already stolen her ability to speak and use her hands.
Lucia was on track for a promising Canadian clinical trial, but was abruptly excluded due to an age restriction change. Now her family is raising funds to pursue every possible avenue — including international clinical access and legal advocacy — before the window closes.
Every share and every dollar matters. Link in bio to donate: gofundme.com/f/help-lucia-race-against-time
