UE in the community: was proud to be asked once again to participate in 's annual event, which took place this year on June 3rd at the Brookstreet Hotel.

A favourite annual event for our chefs, brought together chefs from across the city for a fantastic community event that raised an incredible $437, 000 and counting! ( source: )

Our chefs served two delicious dishes, one savoury and one sweet:

◽️ Strawberry shortcake: vanilla chiffon cake | white chocolate buttercream | strawberry gel | fresh strawberries | shaved white chocolate
