A simple after-work chest & shoulder release.
If you spend a lot of your day with your arms in front of you (computer, phone, driving, etc.) the chest and shoulders can start to feel pretty tight. These are a few movements I like to do to open things back up and bring some space into the upper body after a long day.
Nothing complicated, just simple shapes that help stretch the chest, shoulders, and arms.
1️⃣ Supported Chest Opener on Blocks
2️⃣ Open Book Twist
3️⃣ Extended Puppy Pose with Blocks (triceps stretch)
4️⃣ Wide Tabletop Shoulder Rotation Taps
5️⃣ Side-to-Side Extended Puppy Pose
Save this for after work, after a workout, or anytime your shoulders feel tight.
