For the First Fantastic Fox Super Math Challenge all Grades competed in a mental math challenge. K classes focused on number recognition, Cycle 1 focused on addition and subtraction, Cycle 2 focused on multiplication and Cycle 3 focused on multiplication and division. The winners in each grade level received a certificate and a sticker of the Math Scot. Congratulations to all winners and a big thank you to Abigail for the Math Scot she created last year!!

For our last HERO ceremony of the year, we looked at overall Hero (hard working, empathetic, respectful and open-minded). Congratulations to all the students who received a certificate for that value! 🌟⭐️ 🌟

Today, the artist Millie visited to work on our school mural. Students in Grades 2-6 participated throughout the day and helped with the painting process. Everyone had a wonderful time! Thank you, Millie!

Merci à la Maison Nivard de Verdun d'avoir accueilli le Cycle 2 malgré la pluie! Les élèves ont parcouru les berges des rapides du Saint-Laurent pour construire des petits wigwams, faire de la farine de maïs et découvrir une maison de colons de Nouvelle-France.
