Wowie Wowie, Happy 5th Birthday Miss Maui!
I’ve known Maui since she was 4 months old. She’s been through the rough and tumble, bouncy puppy stage, the wild and crazy bouncy teenager stage and now the wild and crazy bouncy adult stage!! She’s bouncy, she loveable, she’s our Maui Wowie!
Happy Birthday Sunshine! Thanks for brightening up our days!

My years reminder that nap times are essential for a healthy play group! But so is some good ol fashioned playtime!

In an emergency meeting, The Black Dog Club has created a logo in response to The Tanners- The Tan Dog Club. Here are some highlights:
- The approved the new Black Dog Club logo with only one hold out, a lab named Shadow, who felt the logo was “a bit too on the nose”
- President Harry was quoted in his official press release “ We are very excited to have a friendly rivalry with The Tanners. It’s not a competition, but The Shadows are an ancient club dating back 5 Million years, so…………….. yeah”
- The club voted down paying someone to make the logo for the club due to a lack of graphic designers willing to work for dog treats and chew toys
- Sara had some “life hacks” to keep cool when your coat is literally designed to keep heat in.
Riveting stuff! We will have more from an official meeting of The Black Dog Club or “The Shadows” next month.

Bath and Blowout Sunday!!!
Shedding season is in full effect, if your pooch needs a good bath and blow out all the winter coat, why not support a local charity at the same time!
Sunday May 24th we will be doing baths and blowouts all in support of Sunshine Service Dogs, here’s how it will work:
-7 spots will be available starting at 10am
- You will drop your dog off with us (2015 Alberta Ave) at your allotted time and pickup when they are ready.
- A Bath/Blowout and a nail trim will be what we can do. We will not cut hair.
- Price will depend on coat, temperament and time
- Cash or e transfer for payment
To book a spot please call/text us or shoot us a message on social media!
A good bath and blowout is great for your pups coat, keeps them cool and saves time vacuuming. You also get to support a great local charity!

Please Welcome The Tanners- The Tan Dog Club!
Some highlights of their very first meeting:
- a proposal to have everyone change their last name to “Tanner” like the family from Full House has been rejected by consensus.
- First president of the Tan Dog Club has been named, please welcome President Jefferson!!
- in order to one up The Black Dog Club, a club logo has been created. We wait for their response!
- Member Honey has sent a proposal to the parents to outlaw giving regular dog food as treats. Proposal passed 100%. Parents will be receiving official warnings from The Tan Dog Clubs Lawyer Miss Berty Esquire, to stop these actions immediately.
- a heated debate about weather ball or ropes are the best toy. Both Mini and Charlie had to be physically restrained.

Good Golly Miss Molly! It’s your 6th Birthday today!
Hard to believe this wonderful gal is 6 years old already! We have had the pleasure to know Miss Molly since she was just a young pup and we wouldn’t have it any other way! Happy Birthday Molly Wolly! Thanks for being you!

We got a new fancy schmancy doorbell for ya’ll to ring when you arrive. This one has a camera and we can also talk to you through it, so this is your warning not to freak out if you hear a disembodied voice greeting you!
