The Coffeehouse Excellence Assessment (CEA) is a thorough and objective evaluation of both customer experience and operational performance, designed to ensure a consistently exceptional Starbucks experience rooted in Green Apron standards.

We are thrilled to celebrate an incredible achievement by our Tim Hortons – Marquis location, which has proudly earned the Platinum Award once again this year! Even more remarkable, this win marks four consecutive years of achieving this prestigious recognition which is a true testament to consistency and excellence.

The Platinum Award is awarded to restaurants that rank in the top 3% across the entire region, making this accomplishment nothing short of extraordinary. This milestone would not be possible without the hard work, dedication, and passion of our amazing team, who show up every day committed to delivering their very best.

This award celebrates our team’s outstanding performance across key program criteria, including Restaurant Excellence Visits (REV), Guest Satisfaction (GSAT), Training, and Speed of Service (SoS), where applicable. Their relentless focus on quality, teamwork, and guest experience continues to set the Tim Hortons - Marquis location apart.
