SUMMER TEEN STRENGTH & POWER CAMP
Looking to give your athlete an edge this summer?
Our Teen Strength & Power Camp is designed for athletes of all sports who want to get stronger, move better, jump higher, run faster, and learn how to train properly.
Starting July 6, athletes will train 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:00 PM) in a structured 75-minute program focused on developing strength, power, speed, athleticism, and confidence.
Athletes will learn:
• Proper strength training techniques
• Olympic weightlifting fundamentals
• Speed and power development
• Warm-up and movement preparation strategies
• Long-term athletic development principles
• How real training programs are built and progressed
This isn’t random workouts. Athletes will experience a fully periodized summer training plan that builds week after week, helping them understand what effective athletic development looks like.
Whether you’re preparing for hockey, football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track and field, or simply want to become a stronger, more capable athlete, this camp is for you.

FITKIDS SUMMER CAMPS ARE BACK!
Looking for a fun, active, and engaging way to keep your kids moving this summer?
Starting in early July and running throughout August, Synergy Strength’s FitKids Summer Camps are packed with adventure, fitness, games, creativity, and learning for kids ages 6–12.
Every day includes:
• Fun fitness and movement activities
• Obstacle courses, games, and challenges
• Weightlifting and gymnastics skill development
• Outdoor adventures and water activities
• Crafts, projects, and team-building games
• Healthy snack preparation and life skills

When I was a kid, I used to help my uncle change cultivator shovels and he gave me a $.25 coin for all my hard work. A memory that stuck with me forever…. Now I’m passing on the tradition to Lauren.

This won’t mean much to many, but I am pretty happy with my progress over the last year and a bit. I took on mobility training as a major part of my programming on a weekly basis about a year and a half ago. There have been a few setbacks and ups and downs, but I have stuck with it and focussed on multiple compound movements in my weekly training. My two priorities were the front split and my overhead shoulder ability, this video is my 1.5 year progress report on my front split. I wish I had my original video, sadly I do not.
I went from being nearly 6-8 inches from the floor to nearly a full successful front split.
Not much more to say here than I’m pleased with the progress. Yay for me. 😃
