Benzodiazepines are commonly used- but they come with serious risks if you’re not paying close attention. 👀
This NCLEX-style question tests whether you can recognize when treatment becomes dangerous and what assessment finding should make you stop and act immediately.
Read carefully, prioritize safety, and think airway first.
Would you choose the right option under exam pressure?

If you've ever sat in class, clinical, orientation, or while studying for the NCLEX and thought:
"I should know this already."
You're not alone.
Every nurse has had moments where they felt behind, overwhelmed, or convinced everyone else understood something they didn't.
The truth?
Safe nurses aren't the ones who know everything.
They're the ones who keep learning, keep asking questions, and aren't afraid to say, "I don't know this yet."
Growth in nursing isn't about perfection.
It's about showing up, staying curious, and trusting that competence comes one lesson at a time.
At NCLEX Education, we're here to help turn "I don't know this" into "I don't know this yet."
❤️ One question at a time.
📚 One concept at a time.
🩺 One future nurse at a time.

Hearing that a student walked into the NCLEX feeling confident, prepared, and capable is exactly why we do what we do. ❤️
The NCLEX can feel overwhelming — especially the first time — but you do not have to tackle it alone. We work hard to create programs that don’t just teach content, but help students understand how to think through NCLEX-style questions with confidence and clinical judgment.
Congratulations, Morgan, on your success and on your future as an RN! We are so proud to have been part of your journey. 🩺✨

You are probably NOT failing the NCLEX because you’re “bad at nursing.”
Most students struggle because they’re approaching NCLEX questions the same way they approached nursing school exams — memorizing content instead of thinking about SAFETY and priority.
The NCLEX is an entry-level safety exam. It wants to know:
🩺 Can you recognize an unstable patient?
🩺 Can you identify what needs intervention FIRST?
🩺 Can you make safe clinical judgments under pressure?
Once students make that mindset shift, scores often start changing dramatically.
