As families get together and kids open presents and invariably end up fighting over them (not just the kids), I'm reminded of a client who related an interesting, if disturbing, interaction he had with his father. By the different beliefs and perceptions held, one party was able to avoid reacting to the tantrum caused by the beliefs of the other.
The story is a strong example of how the anger of unresolved issues always destroy things, how that anger is not always about what's being expressed in the words used, and how a simple difference of beliefs and perspectives results in entirely different coping strategies.

Your conscience tells you what not to do... But it also tells you what you should be doing.
"Not doing what's wrong", is good... But doing what's right is better.

Choose your therapy carefully...
By asking "what's wrong?" you relive, or worse - perpetuate, failures and limitations of the past. By asking "what worked?" you can bring successes into the future.

Here is how coaches sell coaching about coaching to coaches, using "clickfunnels":
(Personally I don't and won't click through to any of these things, I think they're repetitive annoying bu****it, scummy, and completely predictable)
1. Someone posts a lonnnnnng post about how they have this amazing "system".
With a line break between every sentence.
Which makes it look like a Grade 2 reader.
And makes it impossible to differentiate from any other of the hundred posts like this you see every day.
2. They say absolutely nothing about the system, and a whole lot of baloney about how poor they were before and how amazingly frickin'rich they are now and how the results are magical. Takes 10 minutes or more to read.
3. You sign up to get put on someone's mailing list and waste your time watching a 15 minute video that says the same thing but adds generic statements about things you already know you have to do.
4. You get a predictable, regular, well timed set of spam emails saying more of the same, except claiming that this eternal ongoing automated website is "time sensitive!" And that you have to "act now!" And that for 8000% off the aribtrary "worth" of $16,523 you can have the "advanced" system for only $97.
5. You basically get the same s**t material, with a tiny bit of nothing added, and the same chain of emails prompting you to buy more and more, until you realize it's all barely-researched or tested recycling of the same crap every other snake oil "expert" is pushing, which you could have gotten out of one free Zig Ziegler book from the library.
So... I have to wonder... Does anyone fall for this crap, or does everyone just *say* they make money from it, and while gullible people buy into the system of running systems that sell systems?

A very important observation, from our friend Seth:
"When you allow your emotions their natural spontaneous flow they will never engulf you, and always return you refreshed to "logical" conscious-mind thought.
It is only when you dam them up that they appear to be opposed to the intellect, or overwhelming. It is of the utmost importance, however, that you understand the power and directing nature of your conscious mind, for otherwise you will believe yourself to be forever at the mercy of conditions and situations over which you feel you have no control."

Why doesn't English have one single word that means the opposite of "integrity"?
It says alot about the priorities of a culture, when such a significant meaning is missing from it's vocabulary.
