Ten Frame manipulatives are a must-have for building number sense! π’
I've had these durable plastic ones since my time working with students before the pandemic, but you can easily draw your own or find free printables online. π

Happy Monday!
It feels like a good time to check in.
Are you still homeschooling or already on summer break?
We homeschool lightly year-round, but the last few weeks have been super busy π€―
On top of all our routine and appointments I've been wrapping up the school year with my students, scheduling, and planning for summer and fall semesters for both my daughter and my students.
Also, my mom is visiting, and somehow grandma makes Miss D too relaxed about our homeschool routine, so we're taking it easy this month.
We're currently using the
πΈ Complete Curriculum book as a spine, supplementing it with
πΈ Big Words for Little Kids for extra vocabulary work, as well as
πΈ Balance Benders for algebraic thinking.
π¨Our social studies are still inspired by the current AGO exhibit, Making Her Mark
