✍️ Introducing the Songwriting Track of the Pro Artist Series.

Eight weeks. Two working songwriters. One serious creative practice.

For the first four weeks, you'll work with the skilled Doug McArthur — diving into song form, lyrical writing, and the creative habits that separate finished songs from good ideas left in a notebook.

For the final four weeks, you'll learn from the incomparable, Ila Barker — bringing a fresh perspective, new techniques, and a different lens on the craft.

Two voices, two approaches, one cohort.

This isn't a class about waiting for inspiration. It's about building a process that works whether inspiration shows up or not — song form, lyrical writing, and a creative practice that holds up over a career.

Small cohort.

6–10 songwriters.

Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, starting July 7, 2026.

This track is for songwriters who want to expand their skills and learn from working artists.
