We had an amazing cooking class today!
One of the biggest takeaways? Healthy cooking doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.

Together, we prepared a delicious meal for 20 people for about $30, using simple ingredients and easy techniques that anyone can recreate at home.

When we cook for ourselves, we know exactly what goes into our food. No mystery ingredients, no guessing, just fresh, meals made with care.

Want to learn practical recipes, save money, and feel more confident in the kitchen?

Yesterday at the Centre of Canada. Today in Steinbach.

I’m so excited to see how far this journey has come.

Yesterday, we were sharing our seasonings at the iconic Centre of Canada. Today, you’ll find us at Clearspring Centre in Steinbach.

I love meeting new people and watching them discover flavours that may be completely new to them. Those conversations are one of my favourite parts of this journey.

What started as a way to share the flavours I grew up with has become an opportunity to connect with communities across Manitoba, one meal at a time.

If you’re in Steinbach today, stop by and say hello. I’d love to meet you and help you find your new favourite seasoning.

We never expected this…
Every day, we’re surprised by the different ways people use our seasonings.
In our culture, this blend is traditionally used to marinate meats, season vegetables, and add flavour to rice dishes. That’s how we grew up using it.

But recently, one of our colleagues at a market shared something completely different. She loved it so much that she started eating it straight from the container!

That’s what we love most about food: every culture brings its own traditions, flavours, and creativity to the table.

How would you use it? 👇🏽

If you haven’t tried our seasonings yet, send us a DM and discover your favourite way to use them.
