🎉Happy Dragon Boat Festival! Do you know there are hidden TCM insights behind this traditional celebration?
👀One of the most well-known customs is hanging mugwort at the door. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is associated with supporting the body during seasonal transitions and maintaining balance with nature.

🌏In June 2025, SHUTCM launched an open call for the design of its 70th Anniversary logo.
🎉Following expert evaluation, 16 entries were shortlisted. After the final review, the official logo for the 70th Anniversary of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been selected and is hereby released.

🌏On June 6, the 16th Shanghai Region and the 4th Yangtze River Delta HEIs University International Students Dragon Boat Race were held at East China University of Science and Technology.
🎉With an impressive time of 54.06 seconds, our SHUTCM International Student Dragon Boat Team advanced to the final and ultimately won Third Prize, continuing the team's tradition of steady improvement year after year.

👀💡What does it feel like to trace the roots of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese civilization in one journey?
🌏💪SHUTCM international students traveled to Hangzhou for a special “Perceiving China” cultural exchange program. From exploring herbal medicine traditions at Hu Qing Yu Tang, observing medicinal materials, traditional processing techniques, and hands-on pill rolling, to walking through the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City, students experienced Chinese culture far beyond the classroom.
👋✨Along the way, textbook knowledge came to life through history, craftsmanship, and hands-on learning, offering a deeper understanding of China.
