As artificial intelligence reshapes industries, economies, and global governance frameworks, the need for dialogue between China and Europe has become more important than ever.

At the 12th CEIBS Europe Forum in Brussels and Shanghai, policymakers, business leaders, academics, and innovators came together to explore the theme "Competition or Complementarity? Strategic Opportunities in EU–China AI Development".

From AI governance and industrial transformation to robotics, supply chains, education, and global talent, the forum highlighted that while China and Europe may follow different development paths, their complementary strengths create significant opportunities for cooperation.

Against a backdrop of global uncertainty and a rapidly evolving economic order, artificial intelligence is emerging as a defining force shaping the future of industries and national competitiveness.
