On Thursday, 21 May 2026, the National Union of Ghana Students – Germany (NUGS‑Germany) was represented at a roundtable discussion held at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) in Bonn.

The meeting brought together members of Ghana’s Parliamentary Select Committee on Education, representatives of the Ghanaian Embassy, and German education and training stakeholders to discuss vocational education, skills development, and Ghana–Germany cooperation.

The discussions highlighted the importance of strengthening technical and vocational education, fostering international partnerships, and creating practical pathways that connect education to employment and development.

We value the opportunity to represent the interests of Ghanaian students in Germany and to contribute to discussions that strengthen their development, skills pathways, and engagement within the Ghana–Germany education and training landscape.
