We represent our school's (Budapest Metropolitan University) textile designer BA. For one semester we study basic pattern design and screen printing and for two we study weaving, for the diploma we can choose which one we prefer. We have here with us a few of our patterns -for the designs we choosed ethnographic themes, rewrote them graphically, first with traditional techniques then digitally.
The handwoven fabrics are experimental pieces for 'ikat', we dyed the yarn and weaved them on loom.
