🌍 The third day of our delegation programme brought us to , where we received a warm welcome from the university leadership and continued the dialogue on future cooperation opportunities together with , the GRUNDIG AKADEMIE Group and Hochschule Hof.

🩺 The discussions focused on areas where international partnerships can create real value - especially healthcare and health tech. We also explored ideas around student exchange programmes and potential double-degree opportunities that could further connect academic and practical perspectives.

✍️ One of the key moments of the day was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Hochschule Hof and Atlas University. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to strengthening international networks, exchanging knowledge and learning from one another.

🤝 At a time of major social and technological change, partnerships that think and act beyond borders are becoming increasingly important.

The day concluded with a shared lunch and a tour of the Hochschule Hof campus.

Day 2 with the delegation took us from Nuremberg on to Erlangen.

At , we were welcomed by President Prof. Dr. .hornegger. Turkey is among the three most represented countries of origin among international students at FAU — short distances, strong connections. The ideal foundation for what we are building together.
Two strong partners from our ecosystem, Learnify and EVOCO, then demonstrated what is already possible today. 🎓

The afternoon belonged to . CEO Felix Winter outlined concrete approaches for collaboration between Atlas University and the GRUNDIG AKADEMIE Group. Dr. .hoeller from shared insights into the digitalization of hospitals — and two startups rounded off the day: with AI-powered health information and BreathAssist with innovative solutions for respiratory monitoring. 🏥

Delegation Visit from Atlas University Istanbul 🇹🇷

Yesterday, we had the honour of welcoming a high-level delegation from our partner institution, Atlas Üniversitesi — marking the start of a joint programme with exciting milestones ahead.

We kicked things off with a visit to the Museum of the Future (Deutsches Museum Nürnberg) in Nuremberg. The exhibition offered powerful perspectives on the challenges of tomorrow: the future of healthcare, sustainable urban development, and the resilience of critical infrastructure. 🏙️

These aren't abstract visions — they're the exact fields where our two institutions are actively building something together. Atlas University brings expertise across medicine, engineering, health sciences, and social sciences, making this partnership truly meaningful. 🤝

Lebenslanges Lernen ist kein Trend – es ist eine Notwendigkeit. 💡

Genau das stand beim 2. Tag des Technikers der GRUNDIG AKADEMIE Group im Mittelpunkt.

Schulleiter Bernhard Papperger machte deutlich, wofür die Technikerschule steht: fundierte Ausbildung mit individueller Förderung. Mehr als 20 ausstellende Unternehmen bestätigten: Der Bedarf an gut ausgebildeten Technikerinnen und Technikern in der Region ist real. 🏭

Jan Künne weitete den Blick: Bildung ist heute mehr als Wissensvermittlung – es geht um Netzwerke zwischen Unternehmen, Bildungseinrichtungen und Politik. 🌐

Stadtrat Dr. Naser Ahmed brachte es auf den Punkt: Jobs verändern sich, manche wird es in zehn Jahren so nicht mehr geben. Sein Aufruf: vernetzen, austauschen, füreinander eintreten – für uns und die nächste Generation. 🔑

Tag des Technikers – Bildung gestaltet Zukunft. 🎯

Aktuelle Schülerinnen und Schüler, Alumni, Weiterbildungsinteressierte, Unternehmen sowie Vertreterinnen und Vertreter aus Bildung und Politik – beim 2. Tag des Technikers der GRUNDIG AKADEMIE Group kamen wieder Menschen aus ganz unterschiedlichen Bereichen zusammen. 🤝

Genau das ist unser Ziel: einen Raum schaffen, in dem Fragen gestellt, Kontakte geknüpft und neue Wege entdeckt werden. Zwischen Theorie und Praxis. Zwischen heute und morgen. Die Resonanz hat uns einmal mehr bestätigt, wie viel Potenzial in gut vernetzter Weiterbildung steckt. 💡

Ein besonderes Highlight: die Autogrammstunde mit zwei Spielern des HC Erlangen und unsere Tombola mit attraktiven Preisen. 🏆
