Dear all, it is with a very heavy heart that we have to make this announcement:
It is no longer possible to apply for the Master's degree programme in Childhood Studies and Children's Rights as of March 2024.
Teaching for students who are already enrolled is guaranteed so that they can complete their studies.
Building on the experiences of the MACR, we are currently developing an MA in Social Work (starting in Fall 2026), with a multi-disciplinary approach, including a children's rights focus, that will be available in English and German at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam.
If you are interested in this, we invite you to stay in touch with us over the coming months/years.
We thank everyone for your interest and participation in the MACR, all the fruitful collaborations and exchanges over the past years and are looking forward to the future - continuing to learn, teach and advocate for children’s rights.
