BEGINNER'S GARMENT CONSTRUCTION: Program ended and here's another finished garment!! This one was completed by ROSEMOND LEBLANC for her daughter.

We encourage students to tweak patterns. Explore ideas using different concepts. We were pleased that ROSEMOND explored concepts taught at class to complete this skirt. AWESOME STUFF!!!
