Job Overview:
British School Algiers is seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our administrative team. This is a full-time role supporting day-to-day HR operations and contributing to a positive and professional workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR documentation, including contracts, employee records, and onboarding materials.
• Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help maintain accurate and confidential employee data.
• Assist with staff enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French and Arabic are a plus).
• Previous experience in HR or office administration is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, discreet, and approachable manner.
