Today, we focused on helping organizations connect their mission with measurable results through setting strategic objectives, defining success indicators, and clarifying team responsibilities using the Balanced Scorecard and RACI Matrix.
Small improvements in strategy and accountability can create a significant difference in an organization's ability to deliver sustainable impact.

خلال جلستنا التدريبية الأخيرة حول تطوير منظمات المجتمع المدني (CSOs) بالتعاون مع سفارة فرنسا، ناقشنا الفرق بين الجمعيات الأهلية التقليدية، والشركات، والمشروعات الاجتماعية، وكيف يمكن للمنظمات أن تحافظ على رسالتها وأثرها المجتمعي، وفي الوقت نفسه تطور نماذج أكثر استدامة واستقلالية.
عمل المشاركون بشكل عملي على بناء وتحليل نموذج الأعمال الاجتماعي (Social Business Model Canvas)، وتمت مناقشة كيفية خلق قيمة مجتمعية مستدامة دون الابتعاد عن الأهداف التنموية التي تأسست عليها الجمعيات.
واليوم التدريبي كان فيه نقاشات ثرية وأفكار متنوعة من المشاركين، تعكس خبراتهم واهتمامهم بتطوير عمل منظماتهم بشكل أكثر فعالية. ونتطلع إلى رؤية هذه النماذج تتحول إلى مبادرات أكثر تأثيراً واستدامة على أرض الواقع.
