Get ready for a 90s musical throwback at our School Choir Event!
This year’s theme is “Backstreet Boys Night”, and our students are ready to dazzle you with their beautiful voices and take you back in time with a fun-filled performance.
The show will take place on Thursday 21st May 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM in the CES Auditorium. Families of choir members are warmly invited to attend and are also welcome to join the fun and dress in theme!
Please make sure to arrive before 1:00 PM so we can begin promptly.

Our CES Charity Club will be hosting a BIG Sale on Wednesday, 13th May.

Students are encouraged to bring baked goods to contribute and money to buy and support the sale as we raise funds for Leprosy Hospital.

Don’t miss the chance to support a meaningful cause while enjoying some delicious treats!

Please note that Thursday 7th May 2026 will be observed as a public holiday, and school will be closed.

Students with external examinations (IGCSE, IB2, AS, and A-Level) scheduled on this day are still required to attend school as planned. Please arrange your own transportation, as school buses will not be operating.

School will resume on Sunday 10th May 2026.

We are very proud of our Girl Up Club and everything they’ve achieved this year.

From becoming officially registered with the Girl Up movement, to having four members represent CES at an upcoming international meeting - this is only the beginning.

Through weekly sessions, awareness campaigns, assemblies, and creative fundraising, they’ve consistently shown what it means to lead with purpose. Their efforts have not only raised awareness around important issues, but also supported the wider community with meaningful outreach and impact.

A glimpse into our very first Book Swapping activity at CES, held during Book Week 📚✨
Led by our Primary School Librarian, this initiative brought together an incredible collection of student-donated books, all thoughtfully sorted to match different reading levels.
The excitement, sharing spirit, and love for reading made it a truly special day - and just the beginning of what we hope will be a growing yearly tradition.
