في عالم التقنية والذكاء الاصطناعي، يكثر الحديث عن أن الـ AI سيقضي على الوظائف ويغيّر سوق العمل بالكامل. لكن الحقيقة أن من يملك أساسًا قويًا، ويتعلم باستمرار، ويطوّر مهاراته، لن يخشى هذه التغييرات.

الجذور العميقة تعني المعرفة، والخبرة، والقدرة على التكيف. أما الرياح فهي التقنيات الجديدة والتحولات السريعة في السوق.
ولا تنسَ أن المرونة ليست مجرد ميزة، بل هي مهارة أساسية للبقاء والنجاح في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي. 🌱💨🤖

🎖️ كيف تصبح Microsoft MVP؟

من أكثر الأسئلة التي أتلقاها دائمًا من أفراد المجتمع التقني: "ما هي خطوات الحصول على لقب Microsoft MVP؟"
في هذه الجلسة مع Egypt Azure Community، شاركت تجربتي الشخصية وتحدثنا بشكل عملي عن رحلة الـ Microsoft MVP، وما الذي تبحث عنه مايكروسوفت عند تقييم مساهمات المجتمع.

كيف تصبح Microsoft MVP Earning the Microsoft MVP title takes more than just technical expe...

في ناس كتير فاكرة إن عشان تبقى شاطر في الكلاود أو أي مجال تقني، كل اللي عليك إنك تاخد كورس أو تجمع كام شهادة وخلاص. لكن الحقيقة إن الشهادة مجرد خطوة في أول الطريق، مش نهاية الرحلة.

لو بصينا على مراحل تكوين أي خبير، هنلاقي إن التعلم الحقيقي بيعدي بمراحل كتير:

✅ الفضول والتعلم
✅ التطبيق العملي
✅ الخطأ والتصحيح
✅ التكرار الواعى
✅ التميز وبناء المنهج الخاص بيك
✅ نقل الخبرة للآخرين

ومن أهم المراحل اللي ناس كتير بتحاول تتخطاها بسرعة هي مرحلة الخطأ والتصحيح. المرحلة دي بالذات هي اللي بتخليك تفهم بجد. لما تنفذ، وتغلط، وتواجه مشاكل، وتدور على السبب وتحله، ساعتها المعرفة بتتحول لخبرة.

بعدها بتيجي مرحلة التكرار الواعى. يعني متعملش Task مرة واحدة وتقول "أنا فهمت". لأ، تنفذه في سيناريوهات مختلفة، مع شركات مختلفة، ومتطلبات مختلفة، وأحجام بيئات مختلفة. هنا بتبدأ تشوف الأنماط المشتركة وتتوقع المشاكل قبل ما تحصل.

عشان كده لما حد يسألني: "بعد كام سنة أقدر أبقى Solution Architect؟"

إجابتي غالبًا بتكون: مفيش رقم سحري، لكن في رأيي أي Cloud Engineer محتاج يقضي فترة محترمة في التنفيذ الفعلي، ممكن تكون حوالي 5 سنين أو أكتر، يشوف خلالها مشاريع حقيقية، وأخطاء حقيقية، وضغوط حقيقية، قبل ما يفكر ينتقل لدور Solution Architect.

لأن الـ Solution Architect مش مطلوب منه يعرف الخدمات بس، المطلوب منه يعرف:

إيه اللي بينجح وإيه اللي بيفشل.
إيه القرارات اللي بتكلف الشركة فلوس زيادة.
إيه المخاطر اللي ممكن تظهر بعد سنة أو اتنين من التشغيل.
وإزاي يربط بين احتياجات البزنس والحل التقني المناسب.

وده صعب جدًا تكتسبه من الكورسات أو الشهادات لوحدها.

الشهادات بتفتح الباب، لكن الخبرة العملية هي اللي بتخليك تستحق الكرسي اللي ورا الباب.
