Asymptomatic patient with Unilocular well defined radiolucency diagnosed later as residual cyst.

Treatment plan was:
-Endo treatment for 13, 12, 21 then Enucleation of the cyst with apicectomy and retrograde MTA filling FOR TEETH NO 12.

- Bone grafting using UBGEN XENOGRAFT covered with Actycoll Collagen membrane

- Implant placement using DUAL implant System with digital scanning of scan body using Medit.

Impacted canines one of the most cases i love 🌹…. Challenging and great smile transformation.

Retracting Impacted Canines method depend on the grade of impaction and other factors . It could be :
- Double wire technique
- Ballista Loop retraction
- Using Tads
- other mechanics.

In this case Double wire technique with closed retraction was used then torque spring to adjust canine torque and angulation , with overall 18 months treatment plan to reach such a result ❤️❤️

[Skeletal Class II , Dental Class I. To extract or not to extract ! ]

In some class II skeletal cases its contraindicated to extract in the lower arch .

Except some cases which extraction to relief crowding without interfering or increasing overjet or affecting the Lip support like this cases , in this cases moderate anchorage retraction of the LL3 and mesialization of LL7 was enough to relief the crowding and enhance the smile .
