All eyes on the FED! 🚨

That's because the Fed will drop its latest interest rate decision.

And, for many experts, it is arguably the most anticipated meeting of 2026.

Here are some notes:

1️⃣ Debut of a new era under Warsh

This is the very first FOMC meeting under the leadership of the new Fed Chairman, Kevin Warsh. Every single word he says, alam mo na yung mga experts ay may interpretation and signs yan.

2️⃣ Speaking of rates,

The interest rates are expected to hold steady at 3.50%–3.75%. The real volatility will come from a potentially aggressive and "hawkish" shift in the Fed's language.

3️⃣ On USD/JPY

If you've been trading this pair, you must've heard the news!

The Bank of Japan (BOJ) to raise its key short-term policy interest rate from 0.75% to 1.00%. It's the highest borrowing costs in Japan since 1995. It finally breaks a decades-long cycle of ultra-low and negative interest rates.

On other important notes:

✅Expect heavy volatility across most forex currency pairs (especially if kasama yung US Dollar)

✅If not sure, take these hours muna away from trading.

Standing in front of the Sagrada Familia Basilica made me realize so many things in life and trading. 😇
