Our Handling Stress & Avoiding Burnout course has officially come to a close — and what an empowering week it has been.

Participants from Ireland 🇮🇪, Hungary 🇭🇺, Poland 🇵🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, Italy 🇮🇹, Sweden 🇸🇪, French Polynesia 🇵🇫, Greece 🇬🇷, Slovenia 🇸🇮, Estonia 🇪🇪, Bulgaria 🇧🇬, and Slovakia 🇸🇰 joined us in sunny Valencia to strengthen their wellbeing, resilience, and professional confidence.

Through interactive sessions, reflective activities, and collaborative learning, they explored practical strategies to manage stress, prevent burnout, and build healthier, more supportive educational environments. The shared energy, openness, and commitment to growth made this edition truly special. 🌱💛

🇧🇬🇬🇷🇨🇾 Farewell to Our Erasmus+ VET Students from Bulgaria!

As another successful Erasmus+ mobility comes to an end, we extend our warmest congratulations and heartfelt thanks to our wonderful group of students from Bulgaria for their enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism throughout their stay in Cyprus. 🇨🇾✨

Over the past two weeks, participants in Customs & Tax Administration and Logistics gained valuable hands‑on experience through work‑based learning, developed new professional skills, strengthened their intercultural competences and experienced life in a different European environment. 🌍📚

📸 The graduation ceremony was a proud and joyful moment for all involved — celebrating not only the completion of the mobility, but also the personal growth, confidence and international experience each participant has gained. 🎓🌟

Beyond their placements, students explored the cultural heritage and natural beauty of Cyprus 🇨🇾, enjoyed educational visits, and created friendships and memories that will stay with them long after the mobility has ended. 🤝🌅

We would like to thank all participants, accompanying staff, host companies and local partners who contributed to the success of this project. 🙏

📸 This is the first post in a series following the Erasmus+ journey of a large group of students and teachers from Italy who have arrived in Limassol, Cyprus, for a three-week mobility experience.

We are delighted to welcome this diverse and talented group of young learners who represent a wide range of academic and vocational fields, including:

Together, these students bring a rich combination of creativity, entrepreneurship, digital skills, business knowledge, international outlook and technical expertise.

During their stay in Cyprus, participants will have the opportunity to engage in workplace learning, practical activities, educational visits, cultural experiences and intercultural exchange, allowing them to connect classroom learning with real-world environments while developing valuable professional and personal competences.

Erasmus+ is much more than travel. It is about building confidence, developing employability skills, strengthening European identity, and creating friendships and partnerships that transcend borders.

For many of these students, this mobility represents an important milestone in their educational journey — an opportunity to experience a new country, work in an international environment, improve communication skills, and gain insights that will support their future studies and careers.

At the same time, accompanying teachers will have the opportunity to observe, support and contribute to this international learning experience, further strengthening cooperation between educational institutions across Europe.

Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing photos, activities, workplace experiences, cultural visits and success stories from this exciting Erasmus+ mobility.
