Over the past two weeks, our Summer 2026 students had the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and learn how to make one of Spain’s most iconic dishes: paella. From preparing the ingredients to enjoying the finished product together, these cooking classes were filled with laughter, teamwork, and plenty of delicious memories.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make these classes such a success. We can’t wait for the next one!

Our Day Trip to Córdoba.

Our day trip to the simply magnificent city of Córdoba left our students amazed by the architectural beauty of the Mosque and the charm and splendor of the ancient city. Definitely a stop to list high on one's bucket list!

Our Three-Day Adventure in North Africa.

We spent three unforgettable days exploring the northern reaches of Africa, discovering the enchanting Moroccan cities of Tangier, Chefchaouen, and Tetouan. Along the way, we rode camels beside the sea, met a captivating serpent charmer, wandered vibrant markets, and sampled an array of local delicacies. One particularly magical evening was spent beneath the spell of traditional Berber music, where rhythmic chants and drums set the stage for dancing and celebration during our classic Fantasy dinner experience. 🐪🐪🐪🇲🇦🇲🇦

Nothing beats a river cruise with snacks, games and good company!
