The planet doesn't debate or negotiate. It talks to us through signs we just can't ignore: rising sea levels, wild fires, and more and more frequent heatwaves.
As parents, educators, and adults, we carry a huge responsibility when it comes to climate change and the 1,5°C limit set by the 2015 Paris Climate Agreement, a limit we are unfortunately overshooting. But there’s a powerful sign emerging. It’s the sign of solutions coming to life: cities are being redesigned for people, and some forests are slowly starting to breathe again.
This World Environment Day, we want to remind everyone that our youth aren't giving up in the face of delays and broken promises. They are building tomorrow's solutions. Our hope lies in them. Supporting their journey toward awareness and global leadership means planting the seeds today for a safer future, for us and for the planet.
Let's do our part, now.

CWMUNs are a life-changing experience for young people. But it is our UN accreditation that turns a great educational experience into path of true institutional excellence.
Change the World Academy is proud to operate with Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.
This status makes us a tangible and globally recognised stakeholder, capable of bringing the voices of the youth and the values of education directly to the places where the future of the planet is decided.

Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia, we reflect on one of the greatest responsibilities we have as educators: ensuring that our young people grow up in a world free from fear. On May 17, 1990, the World Health Organization’s General Assembly determined that homosexuality was not a disease, removing it from the list of mental disorders.
As the United Nations constantly reminds us, human rights are universal. No one should ever face discrimination or violence because of who they are or who they love.
At Associazione Diplomatici, we work every day to create safe, international spaces for dialogue. In our classrooms and during simulations, we promote the values of respect, inclusion, and empathy. Because only a young person who feels welcomed and respected is a young person who can realize their full potential and contribute to a more just society.
Educating students to respect all forms of diversity is the first, fundamental step toward building peace.
