A celebration of ambition, curiosity and community 🎓✨

1,443 graduates of the Master in Management Class of 2025 were welcomed to the Palais des Congrès de Paris on 19 June for a celebration shared with family, friends, faculty, staff, alumni and supporters from across the ESCP community. More than 3,300 participants came together for the occasion, including over 2,000 family members who joined us to celebrate this important milestone. Behind the scenes, over 100 ESCP staff members from across our campuses helped make this special day possible.

Representing 52 nationalities, this graduating class embodies the international spirit that has defined ESCP for more than two centuries. Their journeys have taken them across countries, cultures and disciplines, creating an experience that extends far beyond the classroom.

We were honoured to welcome ESCP alumnus Bertrand Dumazy, CEO of Edenred and President of the ESCP Alumni Association, as keynote speaker. Drawing on his own professional journey, he encouraged graduates to lead with their mind, heart and energy, reminding them that success is not only measured by achievement, but also by the impact they have on others.

The ceremony was also an opportunity to recognise the faculty, staff and academic leaders whose dedication helps shape the ESCP experience every day. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to this important milestone and helped make the celebration so memorable.

The spirit of the day was beautifully captured by ESCP 2025 MiM Valedictorian David Bergmann, who reflected on what makes the ESCP experience so distinctive: 💬 “ESCP is for the curious. We came here to expand our culture and meet as many people as possible along the way.”

His words resonated throughout the ceremony, celebrating a community built on openness, discovery and meaningful connections. They are a fitting reflection of a class that embraced new perspectives, challenged itself and built friendships that will last far beyond graduation day.

A special thank you to CoMu, ESCP’s musical theatre society, whose performance of “Counting Stars” brought creativity, talent and joy to the stage. Their energy was a wonderful reminder of the vibrant student life and strong sense of community that define ESCP.

Today, the Class of 2025 joins a global network of more than 90,000. As they begin the next stage of their journeys, they do so carrying not only the knowledge and skills gained during their studies, but also the curiosity, international outlook and lifelong connections that make the ESCP experience unique.

Regatta ESCP XVIII 🌊 ⛵ 450+ Participants, 70+ Nationalities, 35+ Boats

From 28 to 31 May, the waters of Ortigia, Sicily, became the meeting point for more than 450 members of the ESCP community representing over 70 nationalities. Through four days of sailing, networking, and shared experiences, participants celebrated the values that define ESCP: , , , and meaningful human connections.

Organised by a team of 25 dedicated ESCP students, the event featured daily regattas along the Sicilian coast, speaker sessions with professionals and entrepreneurs, networking opportunities connecting students, alumni, and corporate partners, as well as three themed evenings culminating in the Final Gala. Every moment was designed to foster learning, connection, and community both on and off the water.

Behind the event were 9 months of preparation, 35+ boats on the water, and the support of 45+ partners and sponsors. The has always been more than a sailing competition. It is a tradition that brings generations of the together, creating a unique environment where friendships are built, ideas are exchanged, and opportunities emerge far beyond the shoreline.

“Regatta is much more than a sporting event: it is a platform for personal and professional growth, where connections and international spirit create concrete opportunities,” says Riccardo Nicosia, President of the Association.

“Regatta is easy to describe and hard to build: four days that compress years of relationships into something people don't forget - and the place where the next generation of the ESCP community actually meets.” Says Andrea Milano, Project Manager of the 18th edition.

How do you stay relevant when technology keeps changing the rules? 🎙️

We All Make Mistakes is back for a third season, bringing together experienced ESCP alumni with students and young alumni for honest conversations about the setbacks, turning points and lessons that shape work and life. This season explores the challenges shaping careers today and what failure, uncertainty and moments of change can teach us about success.

In this first episode of Season 3, Prof. Ben Voyer, Behavioural Scientist and Professor of Entrepreneurship at ESCP, Scientific Director of the Cartier – ESCP – HEC Research Chair ‘Turning Points’, welcomes two guests from different generations to discuss how technological disruption is reshaping careers and the future of work.

Cyrille Coiffet, ESCP Master in Management alumnus and Head of Art at Catawiki, joins Eva Bensaid, Master in Management student and co-founder of the ESCP AI Society, for a conversation on AI, career pivots and adapting to change.

United by a shared curiosity about technology, they compare today's AI revolution with earlier waves of disruption. Cyrille reflects on a common mistake: believing technology alone creates value. Lasting success, he argues, comes from solving real problems and understanding user needs.
Eva brings the perspective of a generation entering the workforce alongside AI, asking an important question: which skills will remain uniquely human? For her, creativity, judgment and the willingness to try new things will matter more than ever 🎨

💬 Together, they explore why curiosity is essential in times of change, how mistakes accelerate learning, and what it takes to stay adaptable in a rapidly evolving world.
Whether you're a student, a young professional or a seasoned leader, this episode offers valuable insights into navigating disruption and building a future-proof career.
