“EMBRACE THE CRINGE”
Last week, Sarah & Naomi had the privilege of attending an incredibly inspiring awards ceremony celebrating apprenticeship success across the North East. 🌟
One of the standout themes from the event was the importance of stepping outside your comfort zone and “embracing the cringe.”
Because the truth is — people will talk about you regardless… so you may as well give them something brilliant to talk about. 💫
It was a powerful reminder to be bold, back yourself, and not let fear of judgment hold you back.
We’re feeling motivated, inspired, and ready to keep pushing forward! 🚀

This week Nicola and Naomi had the pleasure of working alongside DYW to deliver a session to S3 pupils at Bucksburn Academy.
They explored the different pathways into Early Education, discussing the various routes available and the further education opportunities that can help support their career aspirations.
A key focus of the session was teamwork. Pupils worked collaboratively in groups to create props inspired by their favourite stories, demonstrating excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills throughout.
It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and engagement from the young people, and we hope the session provided valuable insight into future opportunities within the Early Education sector.
