Delighted to have been invited along to visit our friends at Abbotswell. What a fabulous, enthusiastic bunch - they always throw themselves right into our sessions. Red/Black Belt former pupil Amy assisted this morning whilst Millie and Marita held pads. Great to see Jaxon there too in his Nemesis kit.

Ninja Apollo has had a fantastic month in his Ninja class! Not only has he been working hard with increased focus, effort and determination, but he has also shown great teamwork by helping to tidy the equipment and put everything away at the end of session.
