we want to introduce our newest volunteer Chloe who has been helping us at some of our classes this week💗
After attending our sessions, Chloe has now stepped into a volunteer role and has already been doing an amazing job supporting our participants this week❤️

as always such a great morning at Wyness Hall, Inverurie for our chair based Zumba with some of the lovely ladies that attend our class😁💓
we have such a laugh & it's amazing to hear how our classes are helping improve mobility, strength & overall wellbeing💗

What an amazing afternoon we had at Summerhill Home💓
We did some seated exercises before playing a competitive of balloon volleyball🤝
We then enjoyed playing seated football and focused on our passing and shooting😁
Everyone had such a fun time and it was so lovely seeing everyone laugh & enjoying themselves💗
