Congratulations to Public Services student Jay-Jay Hadfield on receiving a special commendation award from the Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to an anti-knife crime project 👏👏

A number of students took part in the project, helping to produce an anti-knife crime film and educational workshop that will be delivered to secondary schools across Greater Manchester. However, Jay-Jay's exceptional commitment and contribution throughout the project saw him receive individual recognition for his efforts 👮

A fantastic achievement and a well deserved award. Congratulations!

Students have worked with a local artist to create two amazing mosaics which showcase the college's diversity and unity as a community whilst highlighting the fight against hate crime. Well done to everyone involved!

Animal Management students organised an amazing day of charity fun recently with a fundraiser for Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary 🐕🐾

Students hosted a dog show, tombola and charity sale including amazing items created by students to help raise funds for the local charity.

The event raised a total of £714, which is amazing. Thanks to everyone who took part (human and animal alike!) 👏
