A massive well done to Avril Simonsen-Kern who passed her final part 3 driving instructor qualifying test at the first attempt on 22nd January 2020.
Avril passed all 3 of her tests at the first attempt - a fantastic achievement, not many instructors can claim that!
Good work Avril, a well deserved new qualification.

Well done to Manuela Sima who passed her ADI part 2 qualifying test at the first attempt on 21st January 2020.
Manuela drove superbly, the examiner even commented on how nice her driving was!
Manuela is now looking forward to completing her training for her final part 3 test. Well done Manuela!

Congratulations to Lucie who passed her final Driving Instructors Exam on 2nd November 2018 at her first attempt. Lucie was delighted to pass and cannot wait to get out on the road with her real learners.
Lucie had a break in her training for a few months to have a baby but that didn't hold her back!

It took me a couple of days to come down from my shock and overwhelming High of passing my Part 3, but I think I’m finally back on the ground nearly with both feet.
I have to say a massive “Thank you” to you first of all. I don’t think I could have done it without your support. You have been my rock ( at least in the car) over the past year and I always felt I made the right decision when I walked into your office after a very disappointing experience elsewhere.
You have always been calm and collected, even when it was one of my ‘special’ moments, and you always brought the important points back to me when I lost my way ( in many variations). I know I will have your voice in my head when I take my future pupils out on the road and I hope I will pass the knowledge you gave to me on to them in the same professional and efficient manner as you did.
You have always made me smile and I will miss the various characters you pretended to be. My all time favourite is the ‘Marine Biologist who moved from Africa to Banbury to become a cleaner’….

Driving Instructor Training Banbury
A huge congratulations to Lucie who passed her ADI part 2 test on 22nd June 2017 after taking driving instructor training in Banbury with us. It's fair to say that Lucie was delighted when she was told she had passed, giving the examiner a huge hug and letting out a scream that could be heard miles away!
Lucie is expecting her second child in December so the race is now on to get her final test sorted before the baby is born.

Congratulation to Gaby Shah who passed her final ADI qualifying test on 19th May 2017 at the first attempt! Gaby was delighted to pass her "part 3" test first time, especially as she had to travel to Luton as she was unable to find an available test closer to home.
Well done Gaby, now you just have to decide on a name for your driving school!

ADI Training Courses
A huge congratulations to Gaby Shah who passed her ADI part 2 test at the first attempt on 13th October 2016. So far this year, every person on an ADI training course with us has passed first time! We're Delighted that Gaby has continued our run of first time passes.
Gaby kept her cool, and even remembered to breathe occasionally during the test! She delivered a solid drive and was ecstatic when she discovered she had passed first time. After the test Gaby was off to the cinema, I'm sure she will enjoy the film a little more after her test result!

ADI training courses Oxfordshire.
A huge thank you to David Belton for the excellent review of his driving instructor training:
"I trained with a large company and successfully passed my part 1 and 2 however after 40 hours practical training which was shared with another trainee I felt I was nowhere near ready and my training school didn’t offer any further help. Neil Ridding Instructor Training helped me get ready for the Part 3 by having two hours of one to one training a week. This made it much easier to absorb the information and practice what I had learnt for the next week. I passed the part 3 on my first attempt! The main benefits I feel of training with Neil are the direct contact with your trainer, the one to one practical training and not being restricted to 40 hours.
I thoroughly enjoyed my training with Neil Ridding Instructor Training, and felt I got a lot out of each session and of course I am over the moon to have passed first time."

Driving Instructor Training Oxfordshire
A massive congratulations to David Belton from Bicester who passed his ADI part 3 test after training with us. David started his training with another company, but came to us after he was unimpressed with the training he received.
He originally had his test booked for 2 months ago, but it was changed by the DVSA at the last moment, he was raring to go by the time his new date came around, and was delighted to secure a first time pass - top work!
