🐥 Duckling Update 🐥

It is now a few weeks since our hatching kit was collected, and we are delighted to share an update on the ducklings.

The ducklings returned to the farm, joining those that were hatched there at the same time as ours.

They no longer need heat and have now grown their first set of adult feathers, which means they can live out in the field. They still use the same feeders and drinkers as when they were indoors, although the feeders now have a large black “top hat” on them to stop the food being spoiled by the rain.

They eat a surprisingly large amount of grass and enjoy sitting together in the sunshine.

Reception Sports Day - Friday 19th June 2:00pm

On Wednesday, Year 6 had the opportunity to have a virtual author visit from Matt Goodfellow (number one best selling author) funded by Waterstones in Banbury. Year 6 have been reading Matt's book: Final Year based on a Year 6 child's final year in school. The children were able to ask questions to Matt.
