Dashwood Banbury Academy PTFA

We held our 'Special lady in my life' market on Friday, the kids who had signed up carefully choose a gift for their loved ones. There excitement was contagious, I'm sure they will all love gifting them to their special person!

Massive shout out to PTFA members who gave up some or all of their day to run the event, helped set up the event or do the purchasing. Not everyone is pictured but lots of help made this event a huge success, thank you all!! We would also like to acknowledge Kelly in reception, the work that you put into sending emails, making lists and stickers is very much appreciated! (Photos uploaded with permission)

Thank you to all who purchased some wonderful bookmarks yesterday, you helped raise some amazing funds for PTFA. If you missed out on a fabulous offerings pop by the office!

Every penny goes towards enriching your child's school experiences from end of year pantomines, whole school treats, resources for your child in school or plants to enjoy in the school garden.

Another amazing night at the school disco! Pulsation Roadshow was on top form tonight, as always the tunes were perfect and energy incredible, THANK YOU! The kids danced, showed off some mega moves and dressed to impress! Some of the teachers also bust a few moves on the dance floor!

Thank you as always your your sign up and support, the PTFA for organising, setting up and running of the event and of course staff of Dashwood Banbury Academy for faciliting the event.

We have just booked our 2 discos for next school year, we are sure excited!

What a fun week to end 2025, Dashwood had pantomines and elves visiting!
Last week a team of little helpers packaged up over 100 gifts for nursery and reception class children to be given by some special elves! We hope they have a few moments of fun doing the activities!

Years 1-6 watched a pantomine! A theatre company came in to proform their proformance of Cinderella! OH YES THEY DID...

The PTFA are pleased to fund this for the 3rd year running and we aim to do so for many years! We fundraise throughout all of our events to create experiences like this for every child to enjoy.

Thank you to each and everyone of you for supporting our events by signing up, volunteering your time or ideas! Come along in the new year if you would like to join in our events.

First disco of the year, and what a great night it was!
The outfits were amazing and the song requests were flowing! Pulsation Roadshow was fabulous as always!

Thank you everyone who signed up, PTFA for giving up their time to set up, during and clean up of tonight and as always the staff of Dashwood for such a smooth organisation behind the scenes and on the event.
