Our CMRP team is supervising DClinPsy candidate Jan Feeley on this much-needed research exploring how people with ADHD experience mindfulness courses.

As more people are identifying as neurodivergent and accessing mindfulness programmes, it's so important that we understand what helps, what doesn't, and how we can make these spaces more inclusive.

We're pleased to announce a new opportunity to deepen your mindfulness teaching practice and develop confidence in delivering the internationally recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme.

📅 Training Dates
Module 1: 15–17 July 2026
Module 2: 20–21 July 2026

This training is designed for:
✨ Mindfulness teachers who have completed an introductory teacher training and are ready to take the next step in learning to teach the MBSR curriculum.
✨ Teachers who trained some time ago and would like to refresh and deepen their understanding of the MBSR programme.

The training will explore the structure, content, and teaching intentions of the MBSR curriculum, helping participants develop greater confidence and competence in delivering the course.
