Please share if you can!
Our CMRP team is supervising DClinPsy candidate Jan Feeley on this much-needed research exploring how people with ADHD experience mindfulness courses.
As more people are identifying as neurodivergent and accessing mindfulness programmes, it's so important that we understand what helps, what doesn't, and how we can make these spaces more inclusive.
If you know anyone who might be interested in taking part, we'd be very grateful if you could share this post. Thank you!
