Nobody warned me that home education would sometimes feel like:
running a nursery 🍼
a therapy session 💥

AND a classroom… ALL before 11am 🫠

Like trying to explain fractions while somebody’s crying because their toast “was cut funny” 😭💀

And the maddest part?

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙.

“Am I doing enough?”
“Am I ruining my child?”
“Why does everybody online make this look so easy?!” 😭

𝗕𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘀… 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 😂☕💀

What changed 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 for me was realising:

My child didn’t need longer lessons.
