One year on from open heart surgery and valve replacement — and look at Catherine go 💜💚
This is the wonderful Catherine from our Houston class, and we couldn’t be prouder of her.
Catherine, you are an incredible person and such an inspiration to everyone around you. Your smile lights up the room, your determination shines through, and we are so lucky to have you as part of the Move it or Lose it family.
Stories like Catherine’s remind us that movement is about so much more than exercise. It’s about confidence, connection, resilience and celebrating what our bodies can do.
Please join us in sending Catherine lots of love and congratulations 👏

Meet Cyril 👏
At 90 years young, Cyril has been coming to Move it or Lose it classes for an incredible 11 years — and he’s still going strong.
A regular in Yvonne’s class in Harborne, Birmingham, Cyril is not only committed to keeping active, but also known for keeping everyone on their toes… especially Yvonne, who he loves to play up for!
It’s members like Cyril who remind us that staying active isn’t just about exercise — it’s about routine, connection, laughter and enjoying every moment. And that consistency over time is what really makes the difference.
