coaching from the bench

I need to shift a big American freezer and washing machine from smithswood to either a tip or chelmsly wood.
Could do with help moving the items...anyone have any suggestions.

Don't you just love the dog walkers who leave big pile of mess on a large grass area where kids train for football...some people are just selfish and lazy, they wouldn't laugh if I walked in it and then visited there living room carpet

A list of opportunities I run for children..I also give opportunities to young coaches who want to get into the role of coaching, I have plenty of volunteering roles to start with and help you get minutes on the pitch with children and coaching.
I am fully insured and dbs checked, I have over 20years experience in coaching, teams, holiday clubs, development centres, college programmes, after schools, ppa cover,day nurseries.
Hopefully I can get more things built, I want to give older children/teens more opportunities to play or coach.
