Fighters class last night
We’ve currently got 4 fighters competing in Cardiff on 8th August.
Heston takes on Gary Lewis under Full thai rules
Maggie Tran, Jack Nash, Mike Nosarzewski all fighting N class.
Hopefully on the same show we will have Sahil Hussain, Georgia Hasson-wells, Corey Davis and Paul Paveley.
We’ve also got a team of juniors looking to compete on this event.
From next week there will be an amazing group of school leavers moving on to the adults class.

The 6 Week summer holidays are almost here
We are offering a 6 week junior beginner course for children 5years and up limited to only 20 spaces. Starting Monday 20th July
There will be 5 lessons a week, each lesson being 45minutes long.
Each lesson will be taught by a champion instructor.
Your child will also receive a K-Star uniform (shorts and T-shirt)

Same same but different
13 years apart. Back 2013 Chief instructor Adrian Maguire unloading a combination in the corner on his opponent. Fast forward to 2026 and Instructor Ryan Moore (now of .muaythai) did the same to his opponent when in the corner. Both delivering a right hand as their opponent is going down.
Something K-Star has been able to do over and over again is produce high level fighters. Our training systems has produced champion fighters and Champion instructors. All who started out as beginners in our academy’s.
