- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare & Education qualification
- Has hands-on Early Years experience, especially with toddlers
- Brings energy, passion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Is ready to lead, inspire, and grow within a supportive team

- Enhanced DBS

⏰ Work-Life Balance That Works for You
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Fridays off every week – enjoy a long weekend, every weekend!

🗓️ We’d love someone who can commit to these hours, but we’re open to a conversation—flexibility may be possible for the right person.
